On the 4th of June 1776 the Declaration of the Independence was signed. It was the establishment of the United States of America ????????

The Founding Farther delegates of the Second Continental Congress declared that the Thirteen Colonies were no longer subject (and subordinate) to the monarch of Britain, King George III, and were now united, free, and independent states.

We are glad to congratulate U.S. Capitol Visitor Center with the national holiday of freedom. It is an honour for us to wish you the development of parliamentary education between the Americans ????????
